Hello everyone,
As mentioned in the title, I just realized that the key repeat function on my keyboard is not working anymore (when you hold down a key) and this is true for ALL the keys. My laptop is a TOSHIBA satellite L50t-c-100.
I tried uninstalling the driver through the device manager and it reinstalls after a restart, but nothing has changed. I checked that the filter keys are indeed disabled, I shook my laptop in all directions in case of any crumbs, but none of that helped.
Do you have a solution?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 74.0

Re-Hello
I just found an element that "lightens" my problem.
I went to check if the filter keys were enabled, and no, they are not.
BUT when I activate them and check the option to SLOW DOWN the key repeat (setting it to the fastest, i.e., 0.3s), it works, albeit slowly.
But still impossible to find the right speed.
Does anyone have an idea?
EDIT: New element, having a touchscreen, when I activate the on-screen keyboard and hold my finger on a key, the repetition happens at normal speed...
I don't know what to think anymore
In Windows 7, there was apparently an option: "key repeat" that has disappeared in Windows 10.
