"Long Press Issue #" on Gigaset A420

Hello,

On one of my Gigaset A420 handsets, there is a sort of key symbol displayed at the top left of the screen, positioned between the network indicator and the answering machine icon.
On the other handset, I only have the network indicator and the answering machine icon.

On the first handset, when I press a key, the message "Long press #" appears on the screen and I cannot do anything; the handset is blocked. However, I can answer the phone using this handset.

How can I unlock this handset?

    Hello,

    "Long press #" appears on the screen, and if you press # long enough, what happens? It should unlock the keyboard.
