Open jmot with jar

Hello,
I installed the Jmot file for my BTS but it won't open anymore. When I try to open the file, it shows an error.
I really need help.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 74.0

Where did you get that "Jmot file", how are you trying to open it and what is the error displayed?

Hello,
I downloaded the jmot file from the internet
I tried to open it simply by right-clicking and selecting open
The error displayed is a folder settings error

That's vague... I still don't know if we're talking about the same JMOT software or another one, nor if you downloaded it correctly from the official site: http://www.jfreesoft.com/JMOT/
On this site, there are installation instructions; did you follow them correctly?
It specifically mentions a directory containing a settings file; that might be where your "settings folder error" comes from.
