Hello,

My landline remains with a black screen despite over 15 hours of charging on its base. Checked the connections and the batteries are okay, it receives calls (rings) but I can't answer them. No key on the keypad works (attempted unlocking).

Need assistance. Thank you.

    Hello,
    A long press on the "Hang up" button puts the handset in or out of service.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
