Hello.

I bought an Alcatel XL385 Duo phone and I can't manage to set the ringtone for my handsets
even though I am following the instructions in the user manual. Do you have a solution to my problem because I can't currently go to the store where I bought it.

      Thank you. That's exactly the procedure I followed on both handsets several times with no result, so I think there is a problem with the hardware and I will check with the seller. Thank you again and have a nice evening.
