Printer issue

Hello - my HP ENVY 4520 printer says "Wait for the printer to finish before inserting the output tray extension."
I'm on Windows 8.1 - My PC is an HP - I can't print digitally and I keep getting the same message mentioned above on the printer - could someone kindly help me please?

Hello,
I've had the same issue as you since this morning!!!!
"wait for the printer to finish before entering the output tray extension"
Is this a problem related to this type of printer?
