Hello,
My Asus x751L laptop with Windows 10 is stuck at startup on the Aptio Setup Utility menu.

For some unknown reason, the computer refused to start normally and I find myself stuck on a menu entitled "Aptio Setup Utility." I've tried several maneuvers to get out (ESC, F10,...) but I always return to this menu. Moreover, the PC does not respond when I press the On/Off button... I am not very knowledgeable in computer science, so I am reaching out for help from a kind soul who could help me get my computer working again.
Thank you in advance for your responses!

Attached are the photos of my screen

    Hello
the "Aptio Setup Utility" menu is what we call the BIOS
in principle, if you are looping in the BIOS, it means you have a hardware problem
check in the "advanced" menu > Sata Configuration
if the hard drive is recognized

      your hard drive is recognized
      you have no error messages?
try setting the BIOS settings to default
when you are in the BIOS
press the "F9" key ="optimized defaults"
      then "F10" = "save & exit"

No, when I try to exit the BIOS using ESC or F10, I get a black screen for 2 seconds and then I return to the BIOS screen.

and by resetting the BIOS settings to default as mentioned in message 5
does that also revert to the BIOS?

Not a good sign, I'm afraid the motherboard has a problem.

Aye, I'm sending the PC to the doctor tomorrow... This morning I tried to start it with a USB stick. The Microsoft logo appeared and after a loading time, the screen went black, curtains down.
I tried the same trick again after removing the hard drive and I got to the installation/repair menu, but of course, without a hard drive, I couldn't go any further.
Isn't it rather my hard drive that's on the fritz?
        Thanks for your replies anyway.

dismantle your hard drive and test it on another PC
test the drive with "crystal disk info"
it is software that allows the user to know the status of their hard drive.
        download it here
this software is very well designed; indeed, it has a color system to inform you about the status of your HDD/SSD:

        - Blue, very good condition

        - Green, very good condition

        - Yellow, one or more defects are reported, which may lead to instability of Windows, crashes, etc.
back up your data as soon as possible, then replace the HDD/SSD

        - Red, the HDD/SSD has reached its critical threshold, it is about to fail (physically or mechanically)
turn off your PC and have a data recovery performed by a technician.

        - Gray, the HDD/SSD is detected but not recognized by your computer.
if it appears on an HDD/SSD that has been in use for several years, this generally indicates a fatal failure.
