Hello,
On the site of the Retirement Insurance, since I started using Chrome as my browser, the statements to download are in .do instead of .pdf (with Internet Explorer).
If I change the file extension, it doesn't work.
How can I make Chrome download the documents in .pdf?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.

    Hello,
For the displayed .o file, you should not try to click "save" (the icon with the little floppy disk), but instead choose the print icon next to it. Then, from the menu that appears, select "save as PDF" (there are also other formats available).
It works very well with Internet Explorer, Edge, and EDGE Chromium.

    Hello again,
I used to use Internet Explorer.
But since it is no longer secure with Windows 7 (Microsoft updates have ended), I switched to Chrome.
With IE, the downloading worked very well and directly provided a PDF file.
Why is it having issues with Chrome?

    Hello,

Open Adobe or Foxit, search, select the .do file, and then open it.

      Hello bbblanchard,
      Thank you for your reply.
But there’s a hitch. When I'm on the retirement site, I request to download the document in .do to save in my Downloads folder.
But I receive the message "Failure - network error."
Since the file cannot be saved on my computer, I can't use the procedure you mentioned.
      What can I do?
Thank you in advance for your help.
      Best regards.

        Hello,

Have you tried with another browser? You said: since I've been using Chrome as my browser

        Have a good day.
