Hello,
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 74.0
I recently had an issue with Mozilla that was resolved (I couldn't access certain secure sites), and now Mozilla is acting up again, but is it Mozilla Firefox or a problem with COM Surrogate that has been blocking me for some time (I have to go stop it in the task manager? Once it works, but not all the time.... While I can download with Uptobox, I can't download with 1Fichier. Normally when you download, a window opens with "Open" or "Save As" to check. I have this window, but a second window opens on the first one that displays:
Opening......
C:\\Users\UTILIS~1\AppDATA\Local\Temp\jea0y83l.avi.part cannot be saved because the source file cannot be read
If someone could help me, that would be nice. I have Windows 10 Pro with a new computer (2 months old). I miss my old computer that was dying a slow death and had seen all sorts of things under Windows 7. I admit that I don't really like Windows 10 but I'm making do with it :O)

Hello,
This has nothing to do with Windows 10. If you don't have a paid account with 1Fichier, you will be placed after those who do pay. And since people are currently confined, they are downloading a lot, so 1Fichier prioritizes bandwidth for these clients, which is completely normal and logical.
