I bought a wireless mouse from Boulanger: Nonoïz SF Greige
which after a few days is not working well at all,
I searched online for a possible driver: as expected, nothing...
does anyone have an idea where I might find one?

    To check in this order:

    How far is the mouse from the USB dongle?
    Are the batteries good?
    Try changing the dongle to a different USB port?

    You won't find drivers for this mouse; Windows will recognize it directly.
    You can still try to detect drivers from this site, but I don't think your problem comes from there: https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29
