Message on Philips TV

Hello,

I have tried everything suggested to delete the message "key fail"...

It's still not working

I'm desperate

Can someone help me?

    Complicated yes, check with Phillips for a firmware update for the TV

      I downloaded the update on the USB stick, it doesn’t work either.

    Hello,
    Have you tried this:
    Press MENU (home button for me), then 1, 9, 9, 9, BACK. Now, there is a special menu.
    Scroll down the list to DRM Warning. (number 65, you can use the up arrow to go faster)
    Press the right arrow to set it to OFF. Now, turn the device on and off

      Thank you for your response. I tried yesterday, but it stops at line 59 and there is no DRM warning. Complicated.

        You need to update the firmware for the DRM line to appear. Download it from the Philips website. You need to enter the model number of your television to get the correct firmware.

        It works for me, I was able to access DRM which I switched off. After the firmware update, the red square with the message [ci plus key fail...]
