Playback error on every video (Chrome)

Hello, recently (for the past 2-3 days) I've been getting the same error on YouTube.
"An error has occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: lq3_YSYKw_VVYIFF)"
The error appears every time I start a video. Then, by refreshing the page, the video eventually plays normally.
I've already searched for some solutions, which unfortunately haven't changed anything.
Clearing cookies and browser cache, restarting the router and computer, updating Nvidia drivers, cleaning (Ccleaner) the entire computer.
I use the Chrome browser, and I have a setup with a GTX Nvidia 1080, 16GB of RAM, i7 8700,... although I doubt that performance could be an issue for "simple" video streaming.
I was wondering if any of you have encountered this problem before? And if you have any solutions or other tests I could perform?
