Instagram post count bug

Hi, I have a problem on Instagram. I posted a photo and deleted it, but it was my first ad and it didn't go back to 0 posts; it stayed at 1. Does anyone know how to reset it to 0? Thanks.

I have a similar problem, I deleted a post but the number hasn't decreased... (It says 4 while I only have 3 posts) I reported my issue to Instagram but nothing... I don’t know what to do, if you have any idea that would be great.
