Instagram post count bug

Hello,

Today I did some cleaning on my Instagram account, meaning I deleted all my posts. But once the counter was at 0, it showed 15 posts even though there is nothing left. I thought that by posting something it would go back to 0, but not at all, it doesn't change anything and it adds to my number of posts.
