I only have one 4GB DDR3 stick
The device is an ACER ASPIRE E1 510P. When I remove the RAM and put it in another device, it works correctly. When I put another stick in the ACER ASPIRE, I still get the same error message.
What should I do? Help me!!!!

Have you tried both RAM slots?

Try doing a CMOS clear with the RAM plugged in using the battery or the jumper:
