ARCHOS 140 Cesium unable to install sound card

Hello,

I am facing a problem that I cannot solve despite multiple attempts.

I had to reinstall this PC because it became too slow, and I am now left with an issue of a multimedia sound card that cannot be found.

I searched and installed the all-in-one package for peripherals, and I gained the battery icon as well as the display sleep mode feature.

Unfortunately, this sound card remains unusable; I cannot get its name, I always get something different and Archos provides no information!

I have tested all kinds of diagnostic software, and all I could get was the hardware ID.
