Good evening everyone!
On my Asus computer with Windows 10, I accidentally performed a "wrong operation" by installing "Advanced System Repair Pro" without intending to (normally, I pay attention; I am by nature very cautious).
Of course, I immediately uninstalled this software.
I also did:
- System Restore
- Scan with my Norton 360 antivirus
- Scan with House Call
- Scan with Malwarebytes
- Scan with ADW Cleaner
- Scan with ZHP Cleaner
- Scan with CCleaner.
However, when I type "Advanced System Repair Pro" in the "Type here to search" area of W10 (at the bottom left of the screen), this software still appears. There is still a "trace" of it somewhere.
Hovering over its name (in this "Search" area), it shows:
"C:\Users\Public\Desktop\Advanced System Repair Pro.Ink".
And if I go to that folder, I cannot find it anywhere.
Thank you in advance for your opinion and for your help.

Hello,
Download FRST and once downloaded save it on the desktop then open it and you will see this:
Then check the shortcut box like this:
Click on Analyze at the end of the analysis you will have three text files on the desktop FRST, Addition and Shortcut send these reports to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ see this tutorial paragraph Send the analysis reports on pjjoint then provide the three links generated by Pjoint in your next message.
