How to find an invoice using a fnac gift card

Hello community,
I celebrated my 30th birthday last year and on that occasion I received a gift card from FNAC worth 100 euros. With it, I bought AKG Bluetooth headphones. I would like to claim the warranty because they no longer charge and won't turn on despite normal use.
I went to FNAC and they told me that without a receipt, they can't do anything. However, I no longer have that receipt. They said that with the exact date of purchase, they could find it. Unfortunately, I'm not a genius and I don't remember my purchases from about 6 months ago.
So my question is: can a receipt for a product bought in-store be retrieved if I paid with a FNAC gift card? I should note that I do not have a FNAC loyalty card.

So a completely crazy response, but I use it in the same situations as you, or almost :)
They told me that with the exact date of the purchase, they can find it. Unfortunately, I'm not a genius and I don't remember my purchases from about 6 months ago...
If you have Google Maps on your smartphone, use "Your trips" from Google...!
Otherwise, forget this message ;)
Log into your Google account on your PC and go here: https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=friendview&passive=1209600&hl=fr&gl=fr&continue=https://www.google.com/maps/timeline?pb%3D
all you need to do is scroll through the months and see where you were on that date by looking at the red dot pinned at Fnac :D
