I bought a product at Fnac, everything works, the product is validated, I have indeed been charged, and then days later I receive a message saying that I need to regularize my payment. The issue is that I have already paid for the product.
Fnac says that I was not charged, I don’t know what to do, could you please help me?

There are scams using Fnac that are going around right now:

In my opinion, that's what's happening to you since you made your purchase. There’s surely a way to reach them for confirmation:
https://118500.fr/telephone-service-client-fnac
(be careful with the phone, it might be premium-rate)
or even go to the store.
