WhatsApp - the vcf file format is not supported

Hello,

I get this error message when I want to import a vcf contact on WhatsApp, the vcf file format is not supported. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you very much.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 72.0

    he simply doesn't know how to do it. You need to import it to the phone contacts and then WhatsApp retrieves the info from the phone itself. The rest is here.

    Hello and thank you very much for this response. I need some additional information.
    So, I created a WhatsApp group where I need to display a vCard contact with photos of everyone, so that the whole group can access it and I'd really like to achieve that....
    Now thanks to you, I understand how to create a new contact on WhatsApp, I’m happy, thank you. After that, I first did it on my phone file and then on WhatsApp with a photo, but that photo is missing during discussions in the group.
    I also need a bit more clarification on this point.
