How to disable the "2 screens" option in Windows 10?

Hello, I turned on the "2 screens" option in Win 10 under Settings -> Display thinking I would add a monitor (didn't do it). Since then, I'm getting some surprises: a program is launched, it shows in the taskbar but not on my screen! My question: how to disable the "2 screens" option in Windows settings? Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 72.0

Hello,

Notification menu (button at the bottom right of the taskbar) / Project (if the option is not available, click on "Expand" first) or via the Windows + P key combination
