Hello,

I received a Toshiba laptop but I can't find the letters é, à, '. What should I do?

    Hello,

    If your keyboard is AZERTY, the é is the same key as 2, à is 0, and ' is 4.


    Is it a PC purchased online? It's strange that it doesn't show up anyway, unless it's a QWERTY keyboard...

    Thank you for your reply, but my keyboard is not the same. On the number 3, there is the # and on the 0, there is the ). Perhaps I need to use FN?

      I asked you if you had a QWERTY keyboard, which seems to be the case... It’s an "English" keyboard not at all made for accents (and the French language in general). If you switch it to French in the Windows language preferences, you will have the accents where I indicated, but the letters (among others) will not correspond anymore.
