Headset issues with Realtek

Hello everyone.

I have a problem with my PC.

When I plug in my ROCCAT KHAN PRO headset, nothing happens (the PC doesn't ask me if I want to use it as a headset, headphones, etc.)

Yet all my Realtek drivers are up to date, and nothing works; I have no solution. I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling the drivers, but the problem remains the same.

It is also completely impossible for me to find any Realtek sound manager. It simply isn’t on my PC, despite numerous installations/uninstallations.

The headset works perfectly well on another computer.

Additional detail: DELL G3 I5 PC: ONLY ONE JACK PORT.
ROCCAT KHAN PRO headset: 2 JACK PLUGS: ADAPTER PROVIDED WITH IT.

I hope you can help me.

P.S.: I forgot to mention that the headset’s microphone doesn’t work on the PC, but it does work on the other PC.

Do you have the Realtek Audio Console app on your PC?
If so, go to "Advanced Device Settings":
And uncheck "Disable front panel jack dialog."
And if the Enable connector detection when unit is plugged in box is unchecked, enable it.
Then unplug and plug your headphone and microphone jacks back in and they will prompt you to choose between
"Headphones" (you choose this when you plug in the headphone jack) and Micro (when you plug in the microphone jack, there you go ^^
