Hello,

even with the answering machine turned on at the base, if I receive a call and am absent, the button light does not blink and the message is not recorded.

Configuration: Windows / Edge 79.0.309.71

    The references (Brand and model) of your phone?
    Is it connected to a box by wire or via DECT (radio)?

    What setting do you have for your answering machine's activation delay?
    Excerpt from the E365 manual
    A good setting is "after 20s" because otherwise, it's your Orange operator's voicemail that will trigger first and store your voicemail messages.
