Hello,
like your internet user from 2010, I am now stuck on Excel because I accidentally pressed a key - without knowing which one of course - I can no longer modify or close my spreadsheet, leaving me completely stuck without knowing what to do and this spreadsheet cannot be deleted.
Can someone please help me with pedagogy and as clearly as possible by indicating all the precise steps to get me out of this predicament knowing that I have no computer knowledge?

    Hello everyone,

    You go to the task manager and you stop Excel.
    This will create a backup .bin file of your document.
    Then you open Excel and restore, in the left window that opened, your file to the state it was in before it crashed.
