Excel - How to remove a link?

Hello,
I copied a sheet from workbook B to another workbook A. Every time I open workbook A, a message appears telling me "The workbook you opened contains links to another workbook. Do you want to update this workbook YES/NO"
How can I remove this message and thus these links?
Because, in fact, the copied sheet contains a lot of formulas and it’s difficult for me to find the cell(s) that have a link. And I don’t see what kind of updates there are (the copied sheet only contains cells that are related to each other in my view). If there really are links, how can I find the relevant cells?
File / Links shows workbook B as Source File
Update type: automatic

If anyone has a solution, thank you in advance.

To remove a link from file A to file B, simply go to the menu in file A: "edit", "link". In the window, click on the "edit source" tab. Just point to file A (file A is linked to file A!) That's simple, it just took some thought!

      Great!
Thank you, this removes the link by making it self-referential!
