Problem with THOMSON Smart TV 32FD5526
Hello,
I just bought a THOMSON smart TV to, among other things, watch Amazon Prime. The app is not on the TV, so I wanted to download it via play store but this app is also not in the apps. Therefore, I need to download Google Chrome to enable cookies and be able to sign in to Google. However, I cannot download Chrome. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

When it comes to applications, manufacturers and distributors do whatever they want. Personally, I have an LG, and at first, I had an Orange app that provided access to a lot of radio stations, but that app was removed without warning during an update. For replays, I had Pluzz (public replay service) and Arte +7, which have also disappeared. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD, and on the M6 replay site, I'm asked to download a "player," but "download impossible." It's all a matter of agreements with the app owners and the TV brand, so it's all about money. Those smart TVs are not that smart, huh? ...;-(
And Arte came back a while ago... go figure...

Hello, I just retrieved my Thompson which wasn't working anymore after an automatic update, and for me too, it's impossible to download Prime Video although that app was there before????
