JBL Live 400 BT Headphone Issues

I can't turn off my headset. It keeps turning on every few seconds.

    Hello,

    I had the same problem, so I downloaded the "My JBL" app and was able to update my headphones, which allowed me to resolve the issue.

      Hello, I have the same app "My JBL" and the problem is that it won't turn off. If someone has any idea about this issue, please advise me. Thank you.
