Hello, I'm getting an error when I start the PC. It gives me a black screen and says checking media. Then I get a black screen again with a blue box that says the selected boot image has not been authenticated. Press Enter to continue, which I do, and I get a black screen again. I've tried to reset the PC using HP procedures, but nothing works. I keep returning to this checking media screen. Can you help me? Thank you.
