Unable to download my Free mobile invoice

Hello,
for several days there has been a problem downloading my invoice
How can I retrieve it?

    Hello,

    There seems to be a bug with Free mobile.

    Once logged into your account Free mobile
    there is a message from Free mobile if you try to download the PDF 

    Due to a technical issue, the download of certain invoices is temporarily unavailable.
    We apologize for the inconvenience.



    If you haven't done so, request your invoice by email.
    Go to → Manage my account → My options → Receive my invoice by email
    Check the box → Yes


    Now it just needs Free's maintenance to come by and fix the bug.

    Thank you, but I need the invoice for December, so I hope their bug will be resolved quickly because it is impossible to reach anyone by phone.
