Hello,
There seems to be a bug with Free mobile.
Once logged into your account Free mobile
there is a message from Free mobile if you try to download the PDF
If you haven't done so, request your invoice by email.
Go to → Manage my account → My options → Receive my invoice by email
Check the box → Yes
Now it just needs Free's maintenance to come by and fix the bug.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you haven't done so, request your invoice by email.
Go to → Manage my account → My options → Receive my invoice by email
