Free billing issue

Hello, so I have a problem that when I want to buy something on an app with Free billing I can't (I have the billing activated for a while + the €19.99 plan) it gives me an error message like "Free billing has not been authorized by your Free" or "Your mobile payment service is not available. Please try again later or contact your mobile phone operator." Thank you to those who will find the answer. :D Thank you

Not yet, but before that I had it activated and it was working perfectly. But since I deactivated/reactivated it, it's not working anymore.

Free is definitely in a better position than us to solve your problem, don't you think?

You are aware that this kind of message is synonymous with "go screw yourself" and that no customer service from any operator will be able to respond, if we can even understand it already...

That said, I will fiddle with the options or wait until next month.
