Hello,
I have a Samsung TV model LE32B530P7W.
For the past few days, a rectangle containing a yellow triangle followed by the message unavailable has been occupying the middle of the screen. The orange TV works normally as well as the Canal + channels. Unplugging and replugging the box, the decoder, and the plugs have had no effect on the rectangle. The TV remote, after changing the batteries and testing the infrared signal, does not work: no response from any button pressed (I was desperately trying to reach the source list, you never know).
Before the first appearance of this rectangle, a channel search was triggered and a scrolling loop was stuck, ultimately freezing on this rectangle.
Could changing the remote control solve the problem?
Thank you for your help.

    Good evening
On the right side of the television, there is a series of buttons allowing access to the menu...

The remote control is not working.... are the batteries in the correct way and upside down?

The manual if needed (in French from page 39): https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200910/20091012141312437/BN68-02362A-02L09-1007.pdf

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Hello,
The new batteries in the remote control had indeed been placed correctly and I had thought to use the buttons on the side.
The rectangle is still present. Is there a pairing issue with the remote control?
Thank you for the link to the manual.
