I can't play campaign or multiplayer mode on Black Ops 3.

Hello, I received Black Ops 3 not long ago and since I got it, I can play in zombie mode but not in multiplayer or campaign mode because it says it needs to install, but no matter how long I wait, nothing installs and the download bar doesn't move. I don't know what to do...
Also, above the download bar, it says I am on a local network (LAN), just in case that helps????
