Split screen issue BO3 zombies on PS4

Good evening, I have a big problem playing in split-screen for local zombie mode. When I am in local zombies, there is no plus sign to add another player even though I am in local mode and my second controller is turned on. Thank you in advance for a complete and understandable response.

    Hi,

    Are you sure that controller 2 is properly connected to your PlayStation?

    If not, try going to Multiplayer ----> Local and attempt to connect it.

    But I think the controller was used on another PS4 and hasn't been synced to this one.
