Black Ops 3 PS4 on PS5 split screen 4 players

Hello,
After receiving my PS5, I decided to download Black Ops 3 which is free with the PS Plus subscription on PS5. I have all the expansions with it, but when I play with 4 players in split-screen zombie mode, the game ends up freezing and it's impossible to play with 4, whereas when I put 3 players, everything works fine and there are no issues.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Because during these confinement times, it's pretty cool to be able to play with 4 family members on the console rather than 3, especially to complete the secrets of the zombie mode.
