Force non-printable colors?

Good evening,

I am looking to update my portfolio.
I initially had some issues getting a nice bright blue rectangle without InDesign automatically replacing it with a darker, grayer rectangle. I finally managed to fix it by tweaking various settings.
Now, I am trying to insert a photo on the same page as this beautiful rectangle. As soon as I insert it, it changes my nice blue.
This is probably very simple, but I've never had these problems before and I don’t understand (plus, I’m far from being a pro!).

Could someone explain what I need to do to maintain the vivid colors I want and prevent them from changing every time I insert a photo? :/

Thank you very much!! (and happy new year to everyone!)

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

To achieve a stable result, you need to configure the color settings (Menu "Edit/Color") for the workspace and the color management rules.

It is difficult to provide a profile since it depends on what you do with the elements you import...

And for accurate visualization, you need to simulate the output device (printer or screen) in the menu "View/Proof Setup".

However, you will always have a difference between what you see on the screen, which is in RGB, and what you will print... because it is not the same colorimetric method.
