Hi;

So here it is, I'm asking for your help, I reinstalled my Windows 10 on 12/13/2019, following a major crash, so I reinstalled all my ethernet, graphics, etc. drivers.
The problem is, when I join a server in a voice channel, or a private voice chat, I get disconnected from the internet almost instantly. If I stay in voice chat, it reconnects after about 30 seconds and then disconnects again. I tried to "Troubleshoot" by right-clicking the Network icon in my taskbar, and I get an error that comes up quite often:
My network configuration is set to manual:

My network card is a "Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller", motherboard Aorus B450M Elite, Windows 10 Pro X64 1909 (the November Update of 2019)

I've already looked online, I can't find anyone with the same problem as me, I also updated my audio drivers (even though I don't think that's the issue, but at least it was done ^^)

So, if anyone has had this problem or knows a solution to prevent me from getting disconnected every 30 seconds, that would be nice :D ^^

Thank you.

Hello _virusse_,

Try this procedure:

In the Start Menu, search for "Command Prompt" and right-click on it and select "Run as administrator".

Once the window is open, type these commands by pressing the "Enter" key after each one.

Type netsh interface ip reset
Type netsh winsock reset
Type netsh advfirewall reset

Type ipconfig/release
Type ipconfig/renew
Type ipconfig/flushdns
Restart your computer.

Best regards,
