Hello,
I would like some help; I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. I bought a PCS card that I loaded with €250. Then, without knowing how, I was told that my card is blocked; I can't even access my account space, and I can't reach customer service by phone. The address mentioned in their waiting message does not exist. When I make a withdrawal or a payment, the card is rejected. What should I do to unblock my card and recover my money? Please.

Me too, I had this problem. You need to send DEVER and the last 8 digits of your card to the number used to activate your card.

I have the same problem with my card. I called customer service and they told me they are not authorized to resolve the issue, and that I should email the finance department for more details; which I have done several times, all they were able to tell me is that the card is permanently blocked. How can I get my money back, and what about the previous top-ups, that's another story. If you have found a solution, please let us know how to proceed. Thank you.

Bonsoir.. I have the same problem.. I received a payment on 02.11.2021 and they immediately blocked my account.. since that date I have been having problems with.. (identity verification) a photo with today's newspaper (after all that a selfie) finally proof of residence.. and still nothing.. and every contact via email gets a response after 72 hours.. but that's false.. no response since last Tuesday.. I think I will go speak with someone and take legal action.. it’s not normal to take someone's salary and block the account..

Except this time, PCS has decided to block access to my accounts and my funds.

Is it because of the card renewal and the fact that I am using this new card for the first time?
