Hello, I have a Nintendo Switch and for some time now, the TV mode has not been working; it shows a black screen and there is no sound. Everything was working fine before, and the problem isn't with the TV, as I have tried it on 3 TVs from 3 different brands; nor with the HDMI cable. I managed to get it to work once by putting the Switch on the dock several times while pressing down hard, but it only lasted a few minutes before going back to a black screen. Additionally, the dock's light turns on properly and the Switch is charging.
I have already tried several maneuvers such as changing the power adapter, turning off the TV, securely connecting the HDMI cable on both ends, or plugging in the power adapter first then the HDMI cable to the TV and then to the Switch, and none of this worked. I have just noticed from the beginning that the TV detects the signal from the Switch when I put it on the dock; the TV can display the HDMI input, and when I remove it from the dock, the TV no longer detects the HDMI input.
The TV detects the signal but nothing displays; it says there is no signal. I would need help, please.

Good evening
it might be a loose connection from the dock or the switch, the part connected that displays the image and sends the sound to the TV. If you know someone who also has a switch with a dock and has no issues, test their dock with your switch and have that person test their switch on your dock. If their switch displays on the screen with your dock, then it's your switch that has a connector problem. If your switch displays with your acquaintance's dock, then it's your dock that has a connection problem, and you should go to customer service to replace the device or have it repaired.
