Hello,

I sent a package on November 5th to Germany, but I haven't heard anything. I checked the tracking, and it says "the package is in our hands" or "the package has been dropped off at one of our offices." I sent a message, and now they tell me to go to this site and provide the recipient's details. I don't know who to send this to, so I'm putting it below...

    Since you are the one sending the package, present yourself at the place where you dropped it off with the receipt of acceptance that was given to you (with the date) and ask where the package is....
