My Bluetooth headset is not detected by my phone.

Hello, I have a JBL Bluetooth E500BT headset that I've had for several months, and I can't connect it to my Huawei P20 smartphone anymore.
The headset hasn't been dropped, it isn't damaged, and it still turns on, but it isn't detected by the phone.
If you have a solution, please let me know.

    Welcome to the CCM forum.

    After restarting the JBL headset and the phone, is the problem still persisting?

    Are you sure your headset is in pairing mode?
