My mobile hotspot is not working.

Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to read me;

I will briefly explain my problem, I was sharing the 4G from my phone to my PC via the mobile hotspot option, and all of a sudden, it no longer works (my PC shows "No Internet Access, Secured"). I should mention that the 4G works perfectly on my phone.

    Good evening,

    Generally, this issue occurs if Mobile Data is turned off.
    That shouldn't be the case since 4G is working.
    So maybe it's a quota issue?

      No, the problem doesn't come from my limit being reached; I would say that the PC refuses to connect to the phone.

      No, without a cable, it was working really well and suddenly not at all.

      @hhuugoThere are several things to do:
      - First, we should try to connect to the wifi using another device (another computer, tablet) to reliably identify the source of the problem: either the smartphone or the computer.

      - Assuming that the computer is the culprit, we can reset the network (Settings > Network and Internet > Network reset). We will probably need to re-enter the wifi keys. This resolves quite a few issues.

      I just finished the tests:

      - I can connect other devices thanks to my phone's 4G
      - The PC has no problem connecting to my WI-FI network

      So I tried resetting the network, without success.
