Promotion post that no longer works

Hello,
For the past 24 hours, I haven't been able to promote a post - any post, even one that has already been boosted. The approval pending message appears and disappears very quickly, as if I hadn't done anything, and there's no rejection message from Instagram either. Does anyone know what this could be due to? Thanks for your help

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

Still impossible (2 days)
No response from Instagram. Back to the personal profile, no longer want to give them any money.
