Hello,
I found a bag that I really like and that I can't find anywhere else, but I'm hesitant to order it because I have questions about the reliability of the website where I saw it, as the terms and conditions are incomprehensible, the shipping costs seem strangely free when I access my cart, and there is no phone number for contact, just an email address.
However, the site is secure, so can we trust it?
Could someone let me know if they have ordered from this site before and if it is reliable?

because the T&Cs are incomprehensible, shipping costs are strangely free when I access my basket, there is no phone number for contact but only an email address

I ordered a backpack, available on the French site for a departure 5 weeks later. I have repeatedly received delivery times that were not respected.
This site is not in France!!!! and has no stock...
All your orders come from China (you might as well order from AliExpress, it will be cheaper for the same delay).
As a result, I received my bag after 2 months and several requests, with no consideration for the lack of service.
Make money by shopping elsewhere.
