I encountered the same problem after a crash.
So if it can help someone:

On startup F2
Advanced
System Configuration
Boot Mode: UEFI change to CSM

Then, set the DVD drive or USB stick as the first boot device.
F10: save and exit.

The computer will finally boot from your DVD or USB stick.
All that's left is to install Windows.

I have the same problem with my Toshiba Satellite. When I start it up, it displays the same message and I can't do anything. Does anyone have a proposed solution?

Not knowing much about it!
I wanted to know when we set USB as a priority, does that mean we need to plug in a USB drive to allow it to boot from it?
And when you say there's nothing left to do but install Windows, does that mean it has been uninstalled? If so, how do we reinstall it?
