Arrows in Flash games

Hello, when I play some Flash games I can’t use the arrow keys. I’ve tried everything, even switching sites multiple times for the same game, but nothing works. Please help me.

    Hello,

    Some Flash games do not account for the arrow keys, but for the "zqsd" keys to move.

      yes I know but in the commands the arrows are clearly marked and I tried everything like keys EX:(w,a,s,d;z,q,s,d...)

        And by any chance have you tried with another keyboard? Or updating Flash?
