Video streaming playback issue

Hello, I'm reaching out to you regarding a problem.
I'm watching anime on several streaming sites (morally questionable activity, I admit), but it turns out that on my PS4 browser, sometimes the video image is cropped (either in height or width). On my PC, the video from the same site, on the same platform, is not cropped.
It's as if there are black bars on the edges of the video. Not on the full screen, just on the video itself, which is not complete within its frame (even in full screen).
When this problem occurs, it seems to happen on several sites and on all platforms combined. I had never experienced this before, and now it's becoming frequent.
I don’t even understand where the problem might be coming from; does anyone have an idea?
