@ChariduP: I think he's looking for the flash manual and not the device one...
Unfortunately, they didn't write it in French (Chinese and English), this is often the case with Neewer. They may have later released a version with automatic translation here but it doesn't seem to be visible on the internet anymore, the file seems unreadable?!

I might suggest contacting the manufacturer directly in hopes that they make an effort...
