My new computer doesn't detect any networks at all.

Hello,
I recently bought a Thomson brand computer for my daughter, and during the first use, the network was detected. The next day, no network is showing. I’ve tried everything (not a pro), but I followed the basic steps.
Please help me to find out if it's just a setting issue or if I need to return the computer for a technical problem.

Thank you in advance

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.0.1

    Hello Kimanina,

Is there an error message? You need to give us more information about this issue.

What model is your Thomson computer?
Does it have Internet access when connected via Ethernet cable?
Are you on 32-bit or 64-bit?

Is airplane mode turned off? Is the Wi-Fi button turned on in the Notification Center?

    Best regards,

The problem is identified: The network card of the computer is not installed.

Give me the model of your Thomson computer, I will give you the driver and you will install it on the PC.
