Hello,
I'm contacting you because I have a doubt.
Indeed, after placing an order on the Danielo Vicci website, I immediately received a message from the number 3 61 05, indicating that my order was successfully processed. The problem is that I realized after some online research that this number is involved in scams. Should I be worried about the security of my banking information?

Hello

Is this your Danielo?

https://danielovicci.com/pages/mentions-legales

There is nothing in these bogus Legal Notices that can identify this site.. We don’t know where it is located.. Possible fraudulent site..

Watch your Account! It’s a bit risky for the credit card..

See you

P.S.: These days, it’s suicidal to share your credit card info on the Internet..

Always use a Virtual Card! And check the reliability of sites BEFORE ordering..

Hello,

Then some general terms and conditions with a different company name.
"The present 'general terms and conditions of sale and use' aim to provide the legal framework for the provision of services on the site lobinni.fr and their use by 'the User'."
This confirms.

Bye

Thank you for your reply!
I rushed in headfirst because this site was promoted by a Snapchat influencer. We'll see later...

Ahhhh..

Beware like the plague of social networks and 'influencers' who aren't working for peanuts!

Social networks = open door to a multitude of scams of all kinds, bad deals, etc. etc..

Good evening, I also ordered about a month ago following a Snapchat influencer's ad but haven't received anything yet...

You buy stuff sold by the dropshipping system, so items straight from Aliexpress.
Sold for €99 a men's watch that costs €10 on Aliexpress.
Stop following this type of influencer like Messi...

Or do your own research before buying:
Watch for €70 from your influencer https://danielovicci.com/collections/collection-femme/products/nicky

Watch for €3 on Aliexpress (photo 6 is the same :) ):

For my part, I don't see anyone as the "Messi." Everyone has been fooled at least once; that doesn't mean we blindly trust them all the time.

I also got tricked into ordering from this site after seeing Alix's snaps! I participated in the contest and "supposedly" won 150 euros in gifts. I then ordered and paid 16.95 euros in shipping fees. I received that famous SMS saying my order was registered. They debited 16.95 euros from my account the next day and it's been a week with no news about my package. I sent an email to customer service and also informed my bank about the scam! When I try to track my order on the site, it says the number is incorrect!!! To be continued...

Did you manage to get a refund? And was your bank able to do something about it? I had the same problem after Alix's snap.

I contacted the website's service and waited 3 days for the refund.

I contacted the service directly the day after my purchase. I don't remember the exact email, but I told them that I didn't want the watches and that I wanted a refund as soon as possible.

It was also €16.95.

Good evening, having seen all your messages I panicked and called my bank to file a complaint, which was refused because I provided my bank information myself. Following this negative response, I sent a message to the site, which confirmed that my order had been shipped and that there would be a bit of a wait due to the numerous orders from other people. Good evening.

Yes, I received a follow-up too, but the fact is that even if we receive watches, they clearly aren't worth the displayed price; that said, it’s better than nothing.

Well, for €23 I personally prefer to receive them even if the quality is crap.

Having also fallen into the trap tonight, thanks to those wonderful reality TV personalities!!
Did you at least receive the watches?

I also participated because of those reality TV people.

I received €200 worth of purchases for free, but if I get scammed, will I lose the €200 or the €16 for delivery?

Hello, can you tell us what the watches are like please?

phew this message reassures me too... I just won 3 watches. I paid the shipping fees and indeed I don't see any notice on this site except that it might be fraudulent... I'm praying that everything goes well.

I also ordered from the site, but my tracking number works. They tell me that I will be delivered between November 9 and 22, but do you really think it's a scam? Because it's the first time I've ordered something online and I wasn't cautious. Should I contact my bank?

SmallOtter

Hello. You were lucky to receive a tracking number. I think calling your bank anyway and informing them is the best solution to protect yourself in the future just in case.
It's definitely a scam because the same watches are being sold for a penny on AliExpress, especially since the conditions under which the transactions are conducted are not serious at all.

Hello,
They can be reached by email if needed.

Okay, what did they tell you? Because I sent an email on Monday but in vain, no response.

Hello,
Like all of you, I fell for it (well yes, like an idiot I check the reviews on the site after validating my order rather than before...).
Anyway, I received an email saying that my order is being prepared and that I will be delivered between November 17 and 30 (order placed yesterday).
If any of you receive your watch(es) in the meantime, could you please keep the others informed?
For now, the €16.95 shipping fee hasn't been charged yet, and like you, I'm hoping to receive 2 watches of mediocre quality rather than nothing at all. Even though I will be more careful next time!
Have a nice day!
Jessica

Good evening, know that watches are on AliExpress for €1 or €2 (yes, yes, I just found out), so we got ripped off. Just keep in mind that if delivery takes time, it's simply because they have to wait for the watches to come from China.

I took my chance on October 24, 3 free watches to pay the fees of €23.95, and today, November 7, 2019, still nothing. I requested a refund, so we'll see.

I placed 3 orders at the beginning of October and received a message saying that my orders were out for delivery since October, but I still haven’t received anything. They keep telling me it will arrive, and when I call the number, I get the answering machine. I'm really starting to fear that it's a scam, in fact.

Fanni

I was the same, but I received it on January 3, 2020, after 2 months of waiting. The quality is garbage, I received the package in a horrible condition, it looked like it had been through a war on its way from China to France. In any case, even though I received it, I feel like I was ripped off!!!!

Hello everyone,
Like you, I also think I got taken in by this site
However, generally I try to be careful, but since it was recommended by an influencer, I was less cautious
I placed my order on Thursday, I received the confirmation email. Since then, nothing.
I'm starting to think it's a scam too, I think I'm going to contact my bank to inform them.

Most 'influencers' are not here for your good but to serve THEIR interests and/or those of their 'masters'...

Indeed. Fortunately, it's still a small amount. I will be even more cautious in the future.

Hello,

I also just got scammed on this site because of this influencer. However, I am usually very cautious of this kind of scam, but coming from her, I didn't think she would go as far as promoting a fraudulent site!!!! I don't know how to contact her, but she deserves to pay for this!

What a shame these people!!!!

Oh, and similarly, I received a confirmation email, but since I rarely see standard shipping fees that high, I went to the site and found that it had only been around for a few days and I read your messages... I strongly believe it's a scam!!!! To perfect their scam, they even went so far as to sell one of their products on a well-known site to give themselves a serious image!!!!!!

I don't know which is worse, the "scammers" or the "scammed" like me who believe in this kind of nonsense!!!! I'm furious!!!!

I am in the same state as you. And yet I am suspicious as well. I tried to contact the person in question. So far, and not surprisingly, no response. But it will soon come back to them; news spreads fast and I don’t think we are the only ones.
Now, I don’t even know if I should cancel the order, or wait to receive something.
Indeed, I thought I read that they don’t do refunds on their part (if I cancel). But if we really don’t receive anything, then it’s them who are at fault.
Oh, and one more piece of information: exactly the same watches are on sale for about $5 on Ali Express ...
0
soarnak > SmallOtter

Yes, I hope it falls back on her! For now, she doesn't appear on Snap anymore, so maybe she's already received complaints...

I haven't canceled the order because I also think they don't refund shipping fees. I called the bank, and they told me that a card payment can only be canceled afterwards through a fraudulent debit declaration procedure... they're asking me to wait a bit and see if I receive anything before. However, they advised me to block my card if fraud is confirmed, as the site could misuse my bank details again...

I'm going to try to send an email through their site since the only way to contact them is by email (another good reason to believe it's a complete scam). Furthermore, I will try to report this site as fraudulent on the ministry's website... maybe they can stop them before others get scammed!

Apart from these few actions, I don't see what else I can do for now...

Hello,
I just placed an order after having "won 150€" in the madness at 4 am... So I only paid the (large) shipping fees for two watches, but it's true that seeing the limited selection and no SMS validation during the payment made me nervous, and it seems I was right to be worried... (but no message from that number yet). What should I do if this is really a scam? Should I call my bank to inform them and monitor my account? I'm also afraid they might eventually charge me the full amount and not the "discount"... Thank you for your help, first and last time I listen to a fake "influencer"...
0
SmallOtter

For the moment, yes, I really advise you to call your bank and report it; you never know... unfortunately, I don't think there is anything to be done on the site.

I also ordered, hoping to receive something...
yet I have already seen watches for sale on Vinted..

To be continued, I ordered on Thursday and to this day I still have no message saying it's shipped, when I track the order it tells me it doesn't exist...

Nana > Axeee

Same here.. I think I'm not going to place an order after all. Because 150 euros for a watch that's free, but 26 euros for shipping for me.. After reading all the messages, I'm not going to order.
0
Cycy

I contacted them by email, telling them that it also indicated that my email or order number did not exist, and finally, upon checking the order summary, I realized that my registered email address has an extra capital letter... so I was able to see the tracking.

What do you think the bank can do in case of fraud?
0
SmallOtter

I called mine. I can't block the withdrawal because it has already gone through. Besides making a card dispute, there's not much else to do.
As for the website, if we don't receive our orders, they will be at fault and we will need to start a legal process.
Personally, I didn't hesitate to write under the photo of that so-called influencer, explaining to her and asking what she intended to do. I figure there will definitely be people who will see it and who will do the same. ????????

Good evening, do you have the contact information for Danielo Vicci please? Because I placed an order but I made a mistake with my email address, so I don't have my order tracking or my order number. I have already been charged, so do you either have their contact information or do you know how to change my email address? Thank you in advance.

I got tricked too. I sent an email to the site, but since it's a platform, it's basically websites that use a platform to sell without anyone noticing. I received a tracking number that informs me that my order is delayed. I was half insulted by email. Order placed on October 21. So I sent an email to the address that Alix puts on her Insta if you want to contact her for booking or something else; it goes through an agent and the address is on her Insta, the address is prodevents69@gmail.com
Maybe someone will reply to me.
Also, it's definitely a scam; the watches on the dial don't have "Daniello Vicci" written on them. Imitation of a brand, plus they come from AliExpress.

Well, we’ve all more or less been fooled.
